ART PLAYSHOP: Go for the Ride of Your Life in 2025!

Explore, in a safe space, what your ride might feel and look like. Using journaling, guided meditation, painting in watercolor to give form to your heart's desire. Inspired by a quote from Melody Beattie: "Quit hanging onto the handrails. Let go. Surrender. Go for the ride of your life. Do it every day." This is an invitation to engage the tools of creativity to uncover your heart's path in the coming year. No previous art experience needed, materials provided. Bring your journal if you want.
