Congratulations to the artspace National Juried Printmaking and Photography Exhibition 2010 Finalists! From a total of 567 images submitted by 156 artists, Richard Waller, Executive Director of Museums, University of Richmond, selected 56 works by 46 artists from across the United States and Canada:

RICHARD WALLER is the Executive Director of University Museums, including the Harnett Museum, the Joel and Lila Harnett Print Study Center and the Lora Robins Gallery of Design from Nature. He received his Master of Fine Arts degree from Yale University after graduating from Mankato State University in Minnesota. He also received a Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
Before joining the University in 1990, Waller worked at the Brooklyn Museum of Art for 19 years and taught at New York's Parsons School of Design. He has been a curator, judge and organizer of many historical and contemporary art exhibitions and has written extensively on visual art.
Waller will jury and curate the artspace National Juried Printmaking and Photography Exhibition 2010.
Up to $1000 will be awarded as well as a solo exhibition in artspace's Helena Davis Gallery.
All work must be for sale. artspace will receive a 33% commission on the sale of any work.
ARTSPACE is a non-profit, member-run gallery, in existence since 1988. It has become an urban pioneer, moving to and improving "undiscovered" areas of Richmond. One of the most beautiful gallery spaces in Richmond and Virginia, artspace exhibits works by regional, national, and international artists.
